Refund policy

 

Most items on our site cannot be returned, like custom paintings or printed mugs. The buyer has 24h after initial purchase to cancel/ request a refund. After which we cannot guarantee a refund. As art is subjective and unique we cannot offer refund on personal painting made. Once the painting has been created /mug printed no refund will be available. 

If a customer wishes to get a refund on a gift box, they may receive 40% of the total price back, if canceled after the 24h period.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct what is needed.

If a refund is requested due to item damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. Please Note: We do our best to pack all items safely but once items has been handed to our courier we cannot take responsibility for damage done while on transit.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
